The hotel is conveniently located close to excellent restaurants and the train station, offering comfortable and quiet rooms. The service is incredibly responsive and polite, though waiting times can be a bit unpredictable. The dining experience, however, fell short with uncovered and cold food delivered to the room, far below expectations. The location is superb for accessing shopping, but noise could be an issue in the mornings.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room was really spacious and convenient, but it didn't match what I had booked exactly. The location was fantastic with easy access to transportation and shopping, but the dining experience fell short of my expectations. The service had its ups and downs, with some staff being pleasant and attentive while others were not very helpful. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.
The hotel was a bit of a letdown for us. While the service was nice, the noisy rooms and unexpected breakfast were major drawbacks. The location, however, was excellent with a nice city view.
